All I Want for Christmas is a Reservation to See Santa

OCHESTER HILLS, Michigan — November 5, 2020 — Wisely announced today its partnership with Prestige Entertainment to facilitate reservations for patrons who wish to visit Santa at The Village of Rochester Hills.  

Online reservations will open on Friday, November 6, 2020 at 7am and Santa will arrive at The Village on Friday, November 20, 2020 with special events through Christmas Eve. Reservation availability, powered by Wisely, is accessible via The Village’s website and social media pages, with appointments offered every 15 minutes during Santa’s visits.

Throughout the holiday season at The Village, Santa can be found in Santa’s Snug, which is centrally located at the Festival Park Gazebo inside the 375,000 square foot outdoor shopping center.

The chance to see Santa and take photos with him is going to be available to the community as it has been since 2002. This year, however, in an effort to help with minimizing crowds and increasing social distancing practices, visits to see Santa will be by reservation only.

Guests will be able to quickly schedule their visits in advance through an online reservation system. They will be able to select their date, time slot, and number of guests in their party. Once all information has been submitted, guests will receive email confirmation and text message alerts about their upcoming appointments. They will be able to communicate via text and receive real-time updates once they have arrived at Santa’s Snug.
