How long are contracts?
We earn your business month-to-month. You may cancel at any time for any reason. If you pay up front for the full year, we offer a 17% discount off the monthly pricing.
Can I change plans once I’ve started?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changing may require speaking to a Wisely support representative.
What is Wisely’s approach to customer support?
We have 24 / 7 / 365 support by email, text, and phone. You’ll be able to access the support information from the support center inside your paid account.
Can I select modules from within a package?
Our packages are meant to be purchased together. However, we do make exceptions in certain situations to provide a subset of features.
How do I cancel?
Simply send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, letting us know what and when you’d like to cancel.
Is the iPad included for Waitlist?
If you prefer, we can ship you an iPad, with an optional docking station, at cost.
Is there hardware required?
Yes, depending on the package(s) you select. For Waitlist or Reservations, you'll need an iPad. The other packages usually require a combination of Wi-Fi Access Points, and beacons. In many cases, you can use your existing hardware
What is the setup process?
First, create an account online and select the features you’d like to include. Second, if necessary, we’ll follow up to finish any remaining setup and make sure you have your questions answered.
How much does a branded app cost?
It depends on the features you choose. As a baseline, for $25-35k we typically offer an app that includes rewards, the ability to add oneself to the waitlist or create a reservation, online ordering, and feedback. In addition, we often build new features for clients on a case-by-case basis.
