As bartaco laid the foundation to rapidly grow across the U.S., they needed a way to better understand their customers and scale the experience that their guests had come to love. Running a wait daily in most of their restaurants was a key indicator that their waitlist was a critical tool for ops, however, their prior system didn’t have a guest CRM that could also be leveraged across the organization. They had no method to identify repeat guests, high potential guests, or guests who shared feedback.
